Mark Asante is the Progressive Peoples Party’s 2016 parliamentary candidate for the Tano North Constituency in the Brong Ahafo Region. He was born in 1978 and has a wonderful wife. He is a product of Dormaa senior high school, he did his H.N.D in Accounting at Sunyani Polytechnic and graduated from University of Cape Coast (UCC) with Bachelor of Commerce and had the MBA at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science Technology (KNUST) with Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
Mark has worked with St. Theresa’s hospital for five years and moved to Derma Area Rural Bank Ltd to be Cashier. As an effective and committed to his work, mark was privileged to head the bank as Branch Manager and promoted to Head-Internal Audit Unit. Currently, he works with GN Bank Limited as Officer in Charge and has contributed immensely to GN Group.
Mark’s intension for Tano Constituency is quite simple, creating jobs for the youth and reduce unemployment rate in the constituency and he support Progressive Peoples Party (PPP) making a education compulsory from kindergarten to senior high.
